One of the last sons of the late Tug Hill Commando still standing, RWJ Commanding Topic is out of a daughter of the great broodmare sire, Tedwin Topic, and his second dam is a full sister to Cedar CreekHarlequin. His full sister, RWJ Commandina, was the dam of Morgan Weanling Champion RWJ Mille’. This is a stallion with a power-packed pedigree that is time-proven to produce world-quality bloodstock year after year.

With a show career that began as a yearling, Commanding Topic has been one of the winningest junior horses of our time. His impressive show career includes two World Junior Champion Stallion titles as both a yearling and as a two-year-old and then a unanimous call as World Champion Futurity Three-Year-Old English Pleasure. As a four-year-old, he was the Junior Pleasure Driving Champion at New England, followed by Junior English Pleasure Champion at the Jubilee before being crowned World Champion Four-Year-Old Pleasure Driving.

After graduating from the junior ranks, this versatile and beautiful stallion had been winning top ribbons with Dr. Robert Jones in Amateur Pleasure Driving, as well as his daughter, Stephanie, who enjoyed him under saddle in both open and amateur divisions. He now is taking a break from the show ring enjoying the beautiful trails in Walla Walla, Washington, under the care of Daryl Hopson and Greg Ferguson with Trafalgar Farms and intends to expand his small list of impressive offspring. Some notable offspring include: recently crowned Reserve World Champion English Pleasure Four-Year-Old RWJ Massimo (x MEM Twisted Sister), 2015 New England Pleasure Driving Three-Year-Old Champion, Distinguished (x Erotic Dancer), and other young stock preparing to enter the show ring in the following seasons to come!
