Wintergreen Beaufort (Beau) was foaled in 2004, a dark liver chestnut with two hind socks. He is the last son of HVK Santana, a nationally ranked sport horse sire, and is out of Kerry B Spangled. He started his show career under the guidance of Susan Garmier which culminated in winning three Morgan World Championships in 2010:
- World Champion First Level Dressage
- World Champion Low Hunter
- World Champion Open Hunter
In 2010 he was also named High Point Dressage Horse at the Region VII Regional Championship.
In 2014 Beau started showing in Eventing competitions ending up Reserve Champion in “Morgan Open Competition" for 2014. In dressage he is now showing Second Level and schooling Third Level.
Beau clinics with internationally know Alfredo Hernandez who believes he can go Gran Prix.
Wintergreen Beaufort is an impressive sire passing on his athletic ability and great disposition to his foals. Beau is easy to handle in the breeding shed and at open shows. No one can believe he is a stallion.

In 2016, Wintergreen Beaufort went to the Morgan World Championship and was entered in twelve qualifying classes. He won ten of them along with four World Championship Titles:

- Low Hunter Over Fences
